Our air conditioned Fitness Suite provides you with a range of equipment ( cybex ) used at The English Institute of Sport.

We provide you with an excellent range of Studio Classes ( See Timetable ) and Non members can participate in these classes at £3.50 per visit or save money with our 5 class pass for just £13.75.

Also we have 2 Squash Courts which can be used for social or league matches for all levels and abilities.
