Pan Seared Cod medallions stacked on top of crispy black Pudding and mushy Peas and served with a Ketchup Vinaigrette.

Creamy Goats Cheese and Swiss Gruyere laid on toasted Foccaccia and served with a spicy sweet Chilli and red Onion Jam.

Mediterranean Vegetable and Mushroom Coccote

Sautéed Vegetables and Mushrooms topped with an egg and grated Swiss Gruyere Cheese, oven baked and served with a dressed black Olive, Cherry Tomato and mixed leaf Salad.
